"Had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we enjoyed the view, also how close it was to restaurants and places to see. Wish the parking was better though"
"King Deluxe Room was VERY spacious - capacity when booking online says 2ppl but would fit another 1-2 rollaway beds (if it was available) for kids up to 12-15yrs, or even a small round dining table as a place to eat.
Bathroom was great space too, and full-size mirror (a lot of hotels don't have this).
Great location esp with Woollies and a lot of dining options literally footsteps away. Lovely breakfast available downstairs. Parking was fantastic, esp EV charger.
Corridors to the rooms was very dark, better lighting would uplift the space whilst maintaining dark/modern theme. Wider desk required in the room for working."
"Was very clean and convenient, the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept amazing. Despite being right next to a busy road the noise isn’t a problem. There’s a bus stop less than two minutes away so very easy to get to the city. There are no lifts so be mindful of which floor you get put on if you need assistance with accessibility. The bathroom experience was a bit frustrating as the toilet is right next to the shower with only a curtain separating them, with no where to put your toiletries while you shower, and you can’t leave the bathroom door open whilst showering due to the smoke alarm, so it can feel quite claustrophobic. Check in was a little over complicated. Overall I feel like the price per night should be a little lower considering what other budget hotels in Brisbane have to offer."
"Room was clean, however re-used disposable slippers that had clearly been worn by others was a low point. Sink would not drain, reported in the morning AM and was not attended to, had to ask again PM evening for them to take care of it. Location convenient enough and hotel maintained to good standard. TV was most frustrating - obviously at time of visit World Cup being on free to air - their antenna or signal not strong enough, sometimes picture with sound, sometimes sound no picture so that was also very disappointing."
