"Check in was very easy, lifts up to the room were fast and clean, great location, great air-conditioning, everything was spotless. Only drawback was the hotel on the corner was very loud and pumped the music until midnight, not really an issue if you're getting in late but should be considered if you are a light sleeper, book a room on the far side if you can. Otherwise, i would highly recommend this accommodation and will absolutely be staying here again."

"The room is ok, furniture is dated and scratched up. Bed was ok but not the most comfortable, ok for tiny people with short legs. Pillows are soft and low and there are no extras in the room. Very basic utensils in the kitchen. I was there as a relative was in the hospital so it was nice and close to transport. Walking distance to CBD, Supermarket, Cinema and hospitals. Could use a bit of a spruce up. Laundry facilities were great and appreciated. Windows let in a nice breeze even on hot days, but noisy with traffic on main roads. Staff were pleasant and helpful when needed."

"The Hyatt Regency staff are extremely professional and friendly. Paul at the check-in counter was excellent and arranged for free membership, room upgrade and extended check-out. My family thoroughly enjoyed the Hyatt Regency and its convenience to the retail shopping district."
