"The building and staff were amazing, towels weren't great, and no face cloths, although I didn't follow up about it. I had also gotten unlucky with my water front view. It was mostly an asphalt parking lot with a small section of water. All in all it was pretty good. The staff were great, there was one lady in particular who's English wasn't great, but did her best to accommodate. In regards to staff, I will say 5/5! I also screwed up breakfast accommodation and they were happy to let me eat and work it out later on. Parkade was extremely clean, but the shuttle couldn't speak English, that being said he was knowledgeable of drop off locations at gimpo once I told him where my flight was headed. So it wasn't a very big deal I didn't go to the pool but apparently it is nice"
