Bom custo beneficio

Não existe melhor opção de hospedagem para quem quer ficar longe da muvuca da Vila de Jeri e ao mesmo tempo se posicionar melhor para fazer o passeio do lado oeste. A Casa Uca é linda e discreta. Minimalista até, pra não destoar tanto da extrema simplicidade da comunidade de pescadores onde ela está. Como não há muito o que se fazer, diria que 2 noites por lá são suficientes. A piscina é uma delícia, o visual de mar com mangue(não cheira forte) é um espetáculo e a comida é um diferencial. Café da manhã a la carte com todas opções muito boas(crepes incríveis, iogurte e granola das melhores que já comi). O apartamento é espaçoso, confortável e muito estiloso, com ótima varanda. Pontos fracos para o serviço(super gentil, mas fraco), para a falta de muitos itens básicos de comida e de pratos do menu(sempre com o pretexto da distância, so isolamento) e para o chuveiro quase sem água de um dos apartamentos. No último dia, literalmente sem água. Eu me hospedaria lá novamente. E recomendo!

Boa opcao para ficar afastado do centro de Jeri.

O hotel tem uma arquitetura maravilhosa, com quartos conforáveis, mas peca pelo servico. Funcionarios sao simpáticos, porém nao bem preparados em termos de hotelaria. Nao há servico de transfer programado, considerando que é um hotel bem afastado do centro, deveria ter. Oferecem servico de massagem, porém a/o massagista nao estava atendendo no hotel por 2 dias. No geral, faltou esse cuidado hoteleiro.

Casa Uca: um dos melhores hotéis que já fomos

A estadia foi incrível. Recomendo muito a todos. Só tivemos um problema com a água e energia no dia da nossa chegada, que gerou algum estresse. Não houve nada que pode ser feito. Após 10h de espera, o problema foi resolvido. No fim, impactou muito pouco a estadia. Os preços das refeições são caros, porém, compatíveis com a qualidade. O atendimento da Cris, Bruno e, em especial, o Francisco do café da manhã foram a melhor parte.

Foi razoável, o lugar tem muita oscilação da luz e a primeira noite faltou energia e dormirmos no calor. O café da manhã excelente. Funcionário Francisco do café da manhã é maravilhoso, atencioso e muito prestativo. A comida é razoável, fomos com uma expectativa e ficamos meio frustados, pois, foi aquém do q esperamos. Drinks top! Outros dois funcionários q foram show: Cris e Bruno, principalmente o Bruno, desenrolado, ativo, prestativo e pro ativo!

Decepção!

As belas imagens de uma ousada edificação contemporânea de bom gosto e bem equipada, com linda piscina e boa estrutura, em meio a desordem do vilarejo local, muito humilde e sem nenhuma oferta de apoio, exceto por umas barracas muito rústicas postas no mangue a algumas centenas de metros. Mas o que se destacou na minha hospedagem foi uma sequência interminável de erros na administração decidida pela proprietária francesa. Não há colchas ou cobertores nas camas, não há criado-mudo ou abajur, as amenidades são de baixíssima qualidade e um pedreiro pode aparecer, literalmente, na janela do seu banheiro. Prepare-se também para acordar com serras e marteladas intensas - foi assim nas três manhãs que lá despertamos - se a obra ao lado ainda não estiver terminada. De tudo isso, pode ser ainda pior os preços cobrados. No café da manhã, pedido à la carte, sob restrição de um item quente por pessoa, tudo o que se pede a mais, até uma simples tapioca, se paga à parte. E a conta ainda pode conter itens que você não pediu. Erraram seguidamente em acréscimos de bebidas e comidas não consumidos. Até mudança de valor houve em um vinho cobrado por um valor bem superior. funcionários se mostraram solidários às queixas, conscientes dos exageros. Há ainda um último problema. Turistas de um dia vindo da vizinha Jericoacoara podem gozar a piscina com os hóspedes dos apenas cinco apartamentos do hotel, mesmo que tomem somente uma cerveja. Que pena uma gestão equivocada comprometer o lindo projeto
