โBeautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front.
The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids.
Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier.

โFriendly staff, a home from home feel about the place.1 minute from a place to swim. It has a lovely quiet garden.The food is very good here and breakfasts are cooked well and speedy service.Bus routes to main bus station is 13 minutes away plenty of choices of restaurants by the inn.And as a bonus and a Morrisonโs shop conveniently a few minutes away, if needed.โ
โWe never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable.โ
โLovely apartment, great view over the harbour, close to the bus station ( and an excellent bus service ) the one tiny issue we did have ( broken toaster ) was attended to extremely quickly.
All in all, a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the island. โ
โWe enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. We shared one family room (2 adults, 2 children, 1 infant), which was quite cosy but worked well for us. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool a lot.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good but could have better options for vegetarians.
The area is not the prettiest, but the city centre and playgrounds can be reached easily by foot (10-15 minutes).โ

โWe had a wonderful stay at Norfolk Hotel! It was very clean and cozy and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend it and plan to stay there again for our next visit to St Helier. โ
โHotel was excellent within easy walking distance to main shopping areas with bars and restaurants. Hotel staff were great and very informative regarding transport etc , would highly recommend the Monteray whilst visiting Jersey โ
