“Great location and really clean. Our room was small but had a really large terrace with a great view. I would suggest that room.”

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”

“Joseph was very kind and corteous. My only suggestion : too much noise from the street and the noisee from room next door.”

“I wanted to like this hotel. It is a new boutique, and the location is unparalleled, right in the centre of everything. The price was good so I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but I was given the smallest room I have ever been in, in any hotel. It is so small, there is nowhere to hang-up any clothes. As for the bathroom, I nearly had to stand in the toilet to take a shower. The shower nozzles kept dismantling, and I therefore had to get help sorting it. The room was clean, but there were marks...

“Nice location with warm atmosphere recommended”
