"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. I was allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was able to witness Shabbat and was in walking distance to all the beautiful treasures of our beautiful city."

You cannot open the window without people from the street being able to get into the room (it is overlooking a corridor which is open for anyone to get in). There were severe internet issues throughout my stay, despite my request to fix it. You could hear the TV from the next room. Would not come back."
