โI arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. โWe were upgraded to a king room, with a small balcony that had a view towards the main plaza. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms with double beds that my sons stayed in were quite nice too, and I would have been happy to stay in those rooms.
