Very nice hotel and good value

Staff was super helpful, buggy service was impeccable. Rooms were designed so thoughtfully. Activities were actually so fun and didn’t feel thrown together. Truly a hidden gem…

Todo bien con la estadía

The staff was amazing. Derek in particular really made the trip great. He goes out of his way to assist, even when off hours. He helped us navigate the Shanghai in ways that made it easy. A HUGE thanks to Derek

Everything was fantastic, definitely will book again.

Wehad an amazing experience with this hotel. It was wonderful service, all stuff at the hotel was highly professional and helpful! Specifically Nancy, Johnny and Amanda! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

Amazing hotel to stay with my family! Convenient location, spacious layout, great amenities, clean, and friendly staff. Highly recommended for business and family trip! Will definitely stay in the same hotel next time!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sukhothai. I live in Shanghai and decided to have myself a luxurious "staycation" and was so happy I did! Everything from the service to the room and amenities to the spa was absolutely wonderful and I definitely will return again in the future for another weekend "away."

Staff very friendly and very clean room.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a 59 story hot tub/pool. Great selection of restaurants and in a nice area.

Everything was clean and refreshing. The shade from the bathroom to the bedroom that let light in wasn't ideal, as it was hard for our toddler to get to sleep with light on in the bathroom. But, if you're not a family it wouldn't be a big deal. The breakfast at Momo's cafe was fantastic! All-in-all a great experience!

Except for the AC issue in the room, the staff, location, and cleanliness were all 5 stars! If you need shopping, do not miss the outlet mall, which is within walking distance from there.
