Had a nice stay at Del Cielo. Location is good for Jimbaran, in a nice quiet area, and not far from the beach. Staff were wonderful, very attentive, and the rooms were also nice and spacious. Lovely views during breakfast! Facilities could use a bit of work and uplift - there is no gym, and they also didn't have an ironing board to use which was a bit strange.

Location is near to Jimbaran Beach. Quiet and peaceful area in Denparsa with a spectacular view of the beach and the surrounding vista from a high point whilst one is partaking a meal at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and accessible to the outdoor pool and the enclosed garden of verdant greenery. 5star definitely.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft schon okay. Allerdings an einige Stellen renovierungsbedürftig. Personell nahe war es sehr freundlich. Frühstück war etwas enttäuschend, da man zwischen drei Gerichten gewählt hat und es sonst nichts gab.

2泊しました！ 見晴らし最高な素敵なレストランで、朝食のアボカドトースト！とても美味しかったです！ 静かでゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。 備え付けのドライヤーを使うとブレーカー落ちる…などありましたが、スタッフの対応は早かったです！！ スパの予約や、タクシーの手配など色々お手伝いして頂き、本当にありがとうございました！

Very nice stay

Location and room was good, only problem was the aircon was struggling to keep our room cool as the roof had air ducts in the thrush ceiling and was to far from the bedroom R22 .The staff was very good and the breakfast was delicious wifi was good also and the swimming pool was very welcome after a hot day at the beach, many eating places within walking distance.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Del Cielo Villa's Premium Villa with private pool. Quiet and far away from the hustle and bustle of the surfing beaches, Del Cielo provided us a wonderful respite from an otherwise busy trip. Photos can't do the view from the breakfast porch justice -- Jimbaran Bay from that vantage point is one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. The in-suite pool was amazing as well. We were able to walk to Jimbaran Beach (about 10 minutes downhill) but decided to take a Grab back up. If you are looking for a quiet stay in Jimbaran and don't mind walking a few minutes to the beach, look no further.

The room with a plunge pool was as beautiful as it looked on their website. My favorite thing was swimming in the evening. It was incredibly relaxing. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The breakfast was ok. I was use to hotels with breakfast included having a buffet so I was caught off guard when asked to choose upon arrival for the next morning. The food was ok though. I would stay here again.

Teleurstellende locatie. Strand is niet op zes min afstand, maar 15 min. Op zich is dat geen probleem, zij het niet dat de weg erg slecht en heuvelachtig is. Jammer ook dat er tegen het hotel zelf een nieuw gebouw wordt gebouwd. Er is daardoor continu lawaai. Dan het hotel zelf; ik vind het geen 3,5 ster waard. De voorzieningen zijn goed, zoals een fijn zwembad, koffie/thee faciliteiten, goed bed en een koelkast op de kamer. Voor een nieuw hotel is het onderhoud echter slecht te noemen. Een lekkende airco, slecht sluitende deur en een doucheruimte dat naar schimmel stinkt. Ook zijn er veel mieren. Dat is op zich niet zo vreemd op Bali, maar hier werd er echter helemaal niets aan gedaan. Het personeel doet zijn best, maar dat is helaas niet in de uitwerking te zien. Ook worden toezeggingen gedaan (zoals een late check out), die niet waar kunnen worden gemaakt. Ik heb in goedkopere verblijven op Bali gezeten die stukken beter waren!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights - it's pretty know. Hotel staff told us that it opened in 2018. Our driver had a little difficulty to find the hotel, seems like there is area for improvement regarding placement on google maps. The hotel is almost on top of a hill and a little hidden. I have to add that you really need a car/driver to get somewhere (supermarket etc.) because it's rather remote position. Nevertheless it looks like the area is a growing tourist area, lots of buildings are under construction. Rooms were perfectly clean, very big and the pool is also nice whereas in the afternoon there is not much sun left due to the trees around. Breakfast was very good and the view from top level is simply stunning (but also pretty windy). All in all, we had a great stay.

We highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed there the first 3 nights after our arrival in Bali and got an upgrade to the Villa. THE VILLA is like your own little romantic paradise. Everything is very clean. The room is spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The AC works great and is relatively quiet. The outdoor bathroom is georgous. I loved showering there. The highlight is the privat area which is seperated by a wall. It has a pavilion and a pool. It is extremely idyllic and you can enjoy it in full privacy. I also loved the two glass walls which gave you a feeling of being in nature. THE FOOD was okay for my taste. Breakfast was on the rooftop with a beautiful view over the cost. You also had the option to call the front desk an let the staff bring it your room. I really liked that you can have free water all day. THE LOCATION is a little bit tricky. Although it is well signposted drivers had a hard time finding it because it is a new road that is not even on maps yet. However the staff helped us by texting the drivers the location. The beach is a little bit far away by foot and there is no footpath on the road. I recommend renting a scooter. We just stayed in our villa most of the time because it was so beautiful. THE STAFF is extremely friendly and helpful. They do there best to give you a pleasant stay.

- The location was quite far deep inside which caused quite a number of drivers to miss the entry point. - We had multiple power trips due to overload used of electricity. - The shower water strength was below average - The bidet spray was not working due to no water. + Staff services was good and friendly. + Quiet location. + Spacious Room with balcony.
