The property only communicated to us the check in instructions on the day before our booking date, causing us very much anxiety that we may be homeless. On top of that, the contact information they provided was incorrect.
While staying at the property, the pillow covers we received had holes in them, despite the booking mentioning breakfast was included, the host did not honor it and repetitively denied it was included. They were also extremely rude.
Lastly, the property confuses many taxi drivers as the instructions getting there are not clear in the property itself. To get in and out of the property is a pretty long trek.
Overall, had the host been less rude, the experience would have been much better.
