"Good Friendly staff, and I had a top-floor corner room with a nice view, and it was spacious. Bad I didn’t know the hotel was surrounded by an empty lot and a half-demolished park; it could be a visual disturbance. The room was a little bit outdated. I saw duct tape patch at the ceiling. The bathroom fan was loud."

"An excellent hotel that felt luxurious but allowed us to rest comfortably too. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful and we particularly liked the staff, food and drink available through the club lounge. It was in a great position right on the beach and the only shame was that there was nowhere in the hotel we could enjoy the beach or sun as some maintenance work was being done. The beach itself had beds and parasols to hire which weee worthwhile and there were loads of great places to eat and drink nearby too."

"Generally a good hotel but the AC basically did not work at all in our room during 32+ C and very humid temperatures. It never went below 25 Celsius in our room. They provided two fans but a five star property should offer properly functioning AC in rooms. They offered a bottle of cheap wine and some chocolates but that was really a useless token of appreciation."
