“First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower.”

“Really good choice for Karachi Airport - should be the number 1 choice for the budget traveller. Basic but quiet and comfortable rooms. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Superb free airport transfer in the early hours in a large sedan car for the mile or so to Airport Departures. Thank you very much to all.”

“Emergency stay. Stayed one nice. The staff was polite. They took care of my bags. It was in less than average condition BUT the bed and linens were absolutely clean! Weak cold shower but the bathroom floor was in great conditions! Water gets shut off. AC and fan gets shut off. It was a good stop for am emergency. No pests! No sewer smell! I enjoyed my stay mostly.”

“Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed...

“Room 414 very disappointing experience / poor cleanliness. Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. The reception staff were also unprofessional and did not communicate properly. I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time after a long international journey. Instead of clearly explaining that early check-in was not available, they repeatedly told me to wait another ten minutes. I waited for around 30 minutes, only...

“We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to provide outstanding service and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. They prepared a special breakfast just for us, brought extra fruit to our room, and even adjusted the housekeeping schedule and service based on our personal preferences. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests and were always willing to do a little extra to make our stay as comfortable as...

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”
