“Limited towels in the room, they put only two towels, we use it when we get there and then the next morning we have to reuse it and still wet. NO HOT WATER!!!! And swimming pools water was very dirty and cloudy. ”

“The menu needs updating. The room needs to put a more effort arranging the bed and use better cleaning supplies. The door handle of my room was working properly. The staff need to be attentive to the needs of customers. ”

“Everything here was excellent: food, our room and the staff. The beach at low tide was great for walking and clean. Our room, the Golden room, was private and quiet. All meals were delicious, served by lovely staff. The pool is wonderful during the heat of the day and the ocean view amazing. ”
