Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die Hände waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist für das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig,

Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen guten Eindruck, es fehlt aber die Liebe zum Detail: Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich einen 5-Euro-Duschvorhang unpassend; leere Minibar; keine Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Umkleide zur Sauna; keine Sitzmöglichkeit auf der Zimmer-Terrasse; ungewöhnlich verkabelte Steckdosen im Zimmer; etc. Vielleicht wurde ich konsequenter auch darum nicht, wie in vielen anderen Häusern üblich ist, beim Check-out gefragt, ob ich zufrieden und alles in Ordnung war...!?

Das Hotel war ok. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Die Terrassentür konnte ich nachts auch nicht offen lassen, da es soviele Mücken gibt. Daher war es nachts sehr warm im Zimmer. Die Gastronomie hingegen war sehr gut.

positiv: sauberes Zimmer, viel Schrankfläche, gutes Lichtkonzept, Gaze vor der Terrassentür; freundliche Tresenkraft beim Check-out; kritikwürdig: Check -in kann nur persönlich erfolgen (selbst mit Vollmacht wird die Schlüsselkarte nicht ausgehändigt); Informationen zum Frühstücksbuffet erfolgten erst auf Nachfrage; Zimmer ziemlich spartanisch eingerichtet; Notizblock und Stift wurden eingespart; Bedienung der Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig/häufige Temperaturschwankungen; durchgehende Terrasse (unangenehm, wenn Leute vor seinem Fenster rauchen und ins Zimmer schauen); Frühstück normal; Personal beim Frühstück schien überfordert zu sein (Speisen wurden nur selten aufgefüllt, Abräumen klappte schlecht, so dass Tische durch nicht abgeräumtes Geschirr blockiert wurden)

Ruhiges Hotel im Grünen

Wir hatten Glück, da über die Mai-Feiertage kaum Dienstreisende anwesend waren, die sonst, wie es hieß, 90% der Gäste ausmachen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, das Essen zu empfehlen, die Lage ausgezeichnet für Leute, die Ruhe im Grünen suchen. Ein wenig bequemer könnten die Betten sein und nach Möglichkeit, bei der Buchung wäre darauf zu achten, sollte auf Zimmer mit verschiebbaren, aber letztlich undichten Glaswänden zum Bad verzichtet werden.

Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und wenn auch etwas umständlich in mancher Hinsicht; Hotelzimmer der Komfort-Ausstattung wirkt abgewohnt mit defekter "unter Strom stehender" Leselampe; Bad okay mit anfänglichen Ausdünstungen (Abwässer!) (Info: in der näheren Umgebung gibt es "nur" Wald und keine nähere Infrastruktur wie Geschäfte o.ä.) Ein gutes Tagungshotel mit ungewöhnlich preiswerter und guter Küche

Perle im Brandenburger Wald

Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Wald und ist für Brandenburger Verhältnisse nicht schlecht. Moderner Glasbau, wenn auch mit einigen Baumängeln ( z.B. Bodenfliessen auf dem Weg zum Restaurant wackeln ), grosse Zimmer, Betten mit tollen Matratzen und Federkissen, moderne Bäder u.v.m. Frühstück: Note 3 Einzige Manko sind das fehlende Flair, denn dieses Hotel steht eigentlich unter dem Namen " Tagungszentrum der Wirtschaft Berlin/Brandenburgs" und wird vermutlich selten gebucht. Ich war z.B. allein im ganzen Hotel! Toll, der kostenfreie "Kaffee to go" beim Auschecken und eine scheinbar kostenfreie Minibar ( steht auf den Schildern im Zimmer!

sehr schön im wald, aber viele mängel

zimmer sind sehr runtergewitschaftet. sauberkeit nicht gut. fand von vorgegänger noch reisutensilien. kellner kennt seine eigene karte nicht. nach drei bestellversuchen haben wir dann endlich was gefunden. karte nicht aktuell. es wird werbung gemacht, uber interne bildschirme deren produkte nicht mehr verfügbar sind. internetbilder stammen wahrscheinlich aus der zeit des neubaus. rezeption aber freundlich.

nicht im Sommer!

Wir kamen an einem sehr heißen Tag an. Der dreistöckige Innenhof des Hotels ist mit einem Glasdach versehen, so dass im ganzen Gebäude Saunaqualität herrschte, besonders in unserem unter dem Dach gelegenen ZImmer. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, auch die Frage nach leichteren Oberbetten wurde abschlägig beantwortet. Wegen der - notwendigen - Mückengitter kam in der Nacht nur begrenzt Frischluft ins Zimmer. Schade!

Gutes Hotel als Basis für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Saunabereich ist sehr klein für die Hotelgröße. Ruhige Lage im Wald.

Entspannung mitten im Wald

Super schöne Lage mitten im Wald. Guter Zustand und Ausstattung des Hotels. Lediglich die Professionalität des Personals (speziell Restaurant) ist verbesserungswürdig.
