Foi a pior experiência que tivemos! Meu esposo estava em um evento de trabalho e prorrogamos uma diária para quando eu chegasse, por 3x ele falou com os funcionários sobre a minha chegada, porém simplesmente o ignoraram e não queriam fazer a limpeza do quarto. As toalhas são de uma qualidade terrível, talvez boa somente para fazer exfoliação. O quarto que tem janela para a piscina é muito barulhento, ainda mais se houver música ao vivo no restaurante pois não fecha completamente. Meu esposo teve uma experiência terrível no restaurante, de comida demorar mais de 50 minutos e não chegar. O chuveiro tem as saídas entupidas, fazendo com que a água mais espirre para os lados do que caia sobre a pessoa que está tomando banho… para tomar café da manhã, sugiro chegar às 6:30 na hora que começa, pois se for depois e o hotel estiver lotado, é uma guerra por mesa, talheres e comida. O hotel é antigo e mal conservado! Evite a todo custo!

Durante a nossa permanência de 6 dias o quarto foi limpo apenas em 2 dias. (observo que em um dia solicitei para não limpar, portanto, em outros 3 dias não foram limpos). Quando chegamos verifiquei que estava com água empoçada no banheiro por não fechamento da ducha higiênica. Houveram hóspedes fazendo barulho excessivo que gerou muitas reclamações (conversamos com diversos hóspedes e confirmamos o desconforto). Tais hóspedes estavam no hotel por motivo de evento de ocorreu (parece-me que foi sobre agro-negócio). As portas dos elevadores fazem muito barulho (falta manutenção)

Cordialidade dos colaboradores nota 10! O café da manhã é o jantar achei bem repetitivo. Teve algumas noites que poderia escolher a lá carte e outras o buffet, tivemos apenas 1 dia da estadia como buffet, os demais ficou repetitivo com o a la carte do cardápio. Mais atendeu as necessidades.

A estadia no Aram é sempre uma experiência maravilhosa ! Sempre que vou com minha família, nos hospedamos lá.. café da manhã excepcional, quartos amplos e estrutura de lazer para todas a idades. A localização é excelente ! A poucos metros da orla , apenas duas ruas .
