Our bed was tucked against the wall because the room was so small. If you need to get up at night, you'll either face the wall or have to climb over your partner! Check-in is somewhat a self check in as well!

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Paulo at front desk was very helpful all the time during our stay.

Great hotel, many services, and employees always available to help and solve any problem you may face. Close to many good restaurants and shoppings, close to beach and easy to drive to. It's in a quiet / safe neighbourhood, not "walk" close to where most activities are done in city, but at 5-10 mins by car. App cars are easy to call in the area.

Moro em João Pessoa/PB e me hospedei no hotel para descansar. Gostei muito! Como conheço muito bem a cidade, posso garantir que a localização é excelente! Na rua do hotel tem diversas opções de restaurantes. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso! Bastante variedade. Quarto confortável para três pessoas. A piscina estava em obras, mas fomos avisados com antecedência e nos foi faculdado o cancelamento da diária sem custos. Como não tínhamos interesse na piscina, não vimos problema. O carro foi estacionado pelos manobristas e quando precisava era só pedir na recepção. Bem prático. Gostei muito e recomendo!

Um problema aparentemente simples, mas que tem causado grande impacto, é a desorganização na área de embarque e desembarque do hotel. Hóspedes e manobristas estacionam os veículos de forma aleatória e, principalmente, sem a devida agilidade na liberação do espaço, fazendo com que os carros permaneçam parados por longos períodos. Essa falta de controle compromete diretamente a funcionalidade da área e obriga clientes a embarcarem em veículos por aplicativo no meio da via, que possui tráfego intenso. Trata-se de uma situação não apenas inconveniente, mas perigosa, expondo os usuários a um risco real de acidentes graves. É uma falha operacional básica, que poderia ser resolvida com organização, fiscalização e definição clara de procedimentos — e que, no estado atual, transmite descuido com a segurança e a experiência do cliente.
