No geral o custo x benefício não é interessante. Hotel com itens básicos como toalhas envelhecidas, check in tardio e sem margem de tolerância para check out, estacionamento fica a alguns metros do prédio, piscina não estava limpa e a estrutura do prédio precisa de reforma.

O colchão da cama é muito mole e o quarto térreo é muito barulhento. Dá pra ouvir toda a conversa da recepção e a televisão dos demais quartos. Ao lado tem uma igreja que toca o sino às 6h da manhã no domingo. Ponto positivo é o restaurante no terceiro andar, cuja comida é deliciosa, apesar de um pouco cara.

Experiência RUIM, Hotel fora da realidade vendida

As fotos do estabelecimento não condizem com a realidade. Também não considero como hotel e sim pousada. Quartos sem acústica, muito barulho, funcionarios da limpeza arrastando móveis pela manhã cedo, igreja ao lado inicia missa às 6 horas com sino tocando, os vendedores de passeios aos gritos também nos acordaram. Tela do ar-condicionado bem suja , precisamos lavar inclusive. Cortinas sujas e quarto mofado. Banheiro bastante apertado na área do box. O café da manhã informam que é até as 10 mas nesse horário já solicitam que os hóspedes se retirem do local pois precisam entregar a cozinha para outra empresa responsável pelo restaurante do almoço e jantar. O café é repetitivo, Estacionamento distante do hotel, passamos 3 dias. Péssima experiência, valor da diária alto para o serviço prestado. Não voltaria.

Valor do hotel não condiz com que oferecem.

Estivemos dois dias, nossa estadia não foi boa,pagamos diária de 1.170 reais por um serviço péssimo.O banheiro muito pequeno e tinha um mal cheiro de esgoto, hotel em mal estado precisa de reforma. Tivemos problemas para fazer o câmbio do dólar para o real , devido o feriado de carnaval,falamos com a recepção se poderia receber em dólar o pagamento das diárias. Eles não aceitaram, e não se importaram com a nossa situação, e não buscam solução para nos ajudar. Quando descemos para colocar as coisas no carro a porta da entrada do hotel estava fechada com a chave, para nós não sairmos,nos sentimos muito humilhados com essa situação, Sempre vamos de férias para FLORIANÓPOLIS e nunca tivemos uma experiência assim desagradável.
