F&B needs immediate attention of management
F&B needs a major overhauling. Food lacked taste and the services in restaurant were equally bad except that Mr. M. S. Chauhan was prompt, courteous and running pillars and posts to get things done.

Very nice and clean hotel, for family. It is very high class in terms of amenities, has a nice pub as well. Good restaurant and the area it is located is not necessarily right in the main spot, but nearby only. It is close to the airport. So a big plus. Overall great place to stay.

Good for business or family, near airport
Near to the airport, perfect for an overnight stay. Also for family trip, this hotel is very good. Staff will serve you with a smile and will never say no. Positive attitude of the support staff and good spacious rooms is what you will get here.

Great service but terrible premises
Park Plaza employs wonderful people as their staff and the quality of service and hospitality offered match those of a 5-star hotel. But the premises alone are anything but. The building, rooms and facilities are 3-star at best. It doesn’t feel contemporary or traditional or business-friendly - the walls and furniture in the room are dusty and stained; the room key and security system was unrealiable (I had to run back to the reception 2x to get it fixed); the gym was seriously pathetic with rusty weights and very questionable equipment. Having said that, again service was great, staff was accommodating and helpful.. if only they could fix the premises.. Location-wise it’s not too bad, not too near to the Old City but that’s fine.. and it’s a 5-min drive to the airport

Not good enough for a 4star
We had two nights at this hotel. The first impression was very positive, friendly welcome, large and bright lobby and spacious room. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the professionalism, and was transferred from one department to the other when we asked for a service. There was an empty minibar in the room, and when we asked about it, we were told that it would be available from next week; we could immediately sense a complete lack of hospitality. Although the food was good, there were several discrepancies in the restaurant menu. We didn‘t receive entirely what was mentioned for an item. In spite of everything, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city!

i like this hotel !
it is not too good, however i like this hotel. staffs are very friendly and kind enough, you feel at first happy to their attitude/ location is also good, very near from the airport and palace. food and bar were good, i enjoyed an happy hour drink one for one. only one point need to mention, shower water pressure was weak n not hot enough, improvement is required.

Budget-Hotel an der Hauptverkehrsstraße.
Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-In und während des Aufenthalts. Nette Bar mit umtriebigen Barkeeper. Zimmer waren alt, abgewohnt und für ein Hotel der Rezidor-Group etwas unter Standard. Hotelpool war eiskalt und von Tauben überbevölkert. Die angepriesene Roof-Top-Bar war leider nicht mehr existent.

Mediocre at best.
Staff was kind and attentive. Hotel in general was run down and dirty. Ate in British pub. Was just ok. Room was dirty. Internet was horrible and for a "Business " hotel, that is unacceptable. I rely on communication via internet while working in India. Anyway it was ok but there are far better hotels in Jodhpur.

Stay in Jodhpur
I stayed in the new wing of the Park Plaza Hotel Jodhpur and it was nice, although noisy. Then next time I came back they gave my team a room in the old area and it smelled horribly. Then, the front desk changed the room, and it was not that clean. We had roaches in the room. Enough said!

The wifi required a new password every day from the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was tip-top, however, and the rooms are fantastic.

空港だけではなく、宮殿やブルーシティにも車で行きやすく、観光地へのアクセスがとてもよい立地でした。 また、ルーフトップバーの雰囲気がとてもよく、夜のディナーを楽しめました。蚊にさされてしまったのは少し気になるポイントです。

Dusty old hotel close to airport
The desk clerk laughed and did fake coughing with friend when we checked in, very unprofessional. The a/c was non-existent, had to change room after complaining and calling too many times. This was probably a smart hotel 25 years ago. The restaurant by pool had great local musicians play at dinner with tasty tandoor selections.

In general the stay in the hotel was good. The management was supportive and cooperative. The service in the restaurant was disappointing though.

The rooms were very clean and well kept, Service was prompt, the hot breakfast spread was excellent except the cheese , fruits and bakery section, which could be much better. The rooms in the new wing overlooking the swimming pool were definitely better then the old wing in the front, I was told the renovation process is underway, and I had no complains as I was then given a room in the new wing. Good value for the price, I would still go back to the same hotel on my next trip.

Nice location, nice facility (a bit on the older side, but well cared for). staff was very nice. renewing internet lease was annoying as was the spotty WiFi in the rooms. the pool is useless because of the pigeons that are in and around it all day

Great place to stay in Jodhpur
I was on a trip stayed there for 3 nights and i was flabbergasted by the location and the room services of the hotel the staff was very plesent and helpful and always helped with a smile on the face and the morning buffet was very good but the thing i didnt like was that it was the same old breakfast buffet everyday and i rekon they should alter somethings on daily basis as a 4 star hotel. overall a great hotel to stay will recommend to all.

Good value for money option
The hotel is a typical chain hotel lacking the aesthetics of a place culturally as rich as Jodhpur and Rajasthan. The decor is the same as sarovar hotel's all over the country. The service is good and take care of your basic needs quite well. The room service is excellent. The waiters at the breakfast room are impersonal and lack attention. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All in all its a good VFM option.
