Formerly the Sheraton. Staff were great. The property was dated. Someone jumped into the elevator who was not a hotel guest and propositioned me. Luckily he got off before I reached my room floor, but it was unsettling.

Pleasant hotel in good location.

We stayed here for 5 nights around an international rugby match at Loftus Versveldt stadium. Great location for getting to the game and also right beside the Union Buildings and park. Also a short Uber ride from various good restaurants. Very good service and very friendly staff. The hotel is a little frayed but very comfortable and clean. Only complaint is the availability of wifi which was non existent in our room and patchy in the lobby, restaurant and other public areas.

Nice but upgrade of Wi-Fi system needed

Fine stay (4 nights). Good location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good coffee (great barista). Rooms a bit run-down. And limited service at the pool area (strange that you have to go down a floor to get service) Internet unstable and not able to have online Zoom or Teams meetings.

Property was fine. Very dated, and not very much choice on menus. Mostly Buffett. Staff was lovely. On site spa and hair dresser. Just very dated.

Not 5 star. Maybe 2 star.

This is not a 5 stat hotel. Cocroach in the room as we got in. Hair left oher in the basin. Filthy carpets and curtains.
