"Pool was dirty room had broken curtain couldn’t close . Was being remodeled smelled like paint in the room . Heater did not work the night and day it got cold . Was constantly deactivated and we had it no where close to our phones . Windows soooo dirty the view was all slide construction "

"We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough "

"I stay at this hotel often because it is convenient and I like the young woman who works the desk."

"The first night we stayed there everything was fine. The second night, when we got to our room, it had a sewage smell, we called the front desk and a maintenance guy with a spray bottle showed up. We asked to get another room, they said they were fully booked but didn't provide us any solutions or answers while we were sitting in the lobby for a whole hour in the middle of the night. The staff has terrible problem solving skills and communication. I hope they get this fixed"
