非常爛的飯店

非常爛！床單是破的，門的安全鎖還壞掉，連廁所門都沒辦法鎖，蓮蓬頭的支架也是壞掉的，白天洗澡的水已經很小了，到晚上變得更小，都不知道該怎麼洗澡，放肥皂的地方還有剩下之前別人用剩的肥皂，地板也髒的好像沒有整理過，這種住宿環境根本不值這個錢

Dirty room and staff unprofessional

I have booked two rooms online catering for two each room. When I reached the hotel, the staff but told us that only one room was left, we will need to proceed to another branch for the second room. Which is Euro hotel cheaper than what I booked. Upon much persistent, they finally released a second room from the same hotel catered for 3 after we have talked to the manager as the check in staff are lack of experience because he just a replacement of the hotel check in staff. Is an Unhappy experience with the check in staff as he show his attitude and frustrated to us. Room was dirty and didn’t replace any toiletries one of the room. Overall for this hotel is very bad.

Dirty room

The cleanliness of the room was horrible, strands and strands of hair can be found on the floor and bed. Very strong cigarette smell too, and the smell stained our clothes and hair. I was Travelling with my twin babies, it was a disaster. The staffs were very unfriendly to us, we asked for one extra key card as they only provide one, they refused. One night around 9.30pm I went down to the spa next door 'Rome Spa', it was a brightly lighted spa with see through glass, connected to the hotel. The first impression was it was a decent spa and I should give it a try. Out of expectation, as I entered there were a few middle aged guys at the lobby and one of them out right told me that the spa is only meant for guys, they serve different massage package here. To my horror, many of their female 'customers' stayed over at Euro+ hotel, we saw a few of them. My verdict: if you're Travelling with family with kids, do not stay here. The hotel is not suitable for kids.

Don't expect for a local budget hotel! Be glade that the aircon is working great, water heater doing it job, television with lots of content! And also a comfy bed that does not smell! The room might smell stale.......

Extremely bad management and staff from hell.

Gave our booked and paid room to others even when i called and confirmed a late check in. Hotel staff extremely rude and not helpful even we are a family with 4 young kids. Only willing to refund and kick us out at 8pm (night) with no accommodation. This hotel should be delisted.
