Fake marketing
The photo in the hotel.com is not real want. The marketing put fake photo. The hotel bed is too soft and the pillow also . I sleep for 1 night now whole body and neck pain .

Booked a non-smoking room but the room has a lingering cigarette smell when we first entered the room. Room towels were old and bedsheets had stains on it.. Acceptable for budget travellers i feel.

Paperwall
Everything was good except for the thin wall with gaps (windows). From the original design, it should be one big room but the owner divided it up to two rooms which the other end is a bigger window and the partition was not seal up properly with the window glass, leaving some gap there. You could hear the opposite room talking, sneezing, coughing and the phone ringing and vibrating the whole night. you can also smell the coffee they make in the morning... please do something about it. :(

Comfortable hotel
It's a good hotel, worth the money. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were amazing, totally had the best sleep. The staffs were friendly and polite.

Affordable Stay
Staffs were helpful and friendly! Able to recommend food delivery at the hotel reception. Was rather out of the way, not centralised area of JB. Though its quiet and not much traffic around the area! Did not provide a tissue box and the tv had some problems with connecting.

We stay in family room(201) with 1 king & 1 single bed. Beds are good, but water heater is out of order. Some lights are not in working order. No window.

Inadequate fire escape signage
i hate the toilet. No glass shower screen. When taking shower water splatter all over the toilet. Advertisement did not state windowless room. Really hate windowless room. This hotel is basically a conversion of 3 storey shop lots to hotel. Pictures shown in Hotels.com ad not same as actual. Don't be fooled by photos posted.

Terrible experience ever!!
This is the worst hotel we have ever paid for! My friend and I tried to check in at hotel at midnight but noticed booked the wrong date at one day before. Although the hotel checked that they do have room available, they refused to provide us the room out of goodwill and turned us away. I requested to the staff that I wish to talk to the manager over the phone but the manager hanged up even before I get to speak! What kind of customer service is this?!? We will definitely not book this hotel again! So unprofessional and not customer-oriented!

Yes is clean and includes toiletries such as toothbrush n paste ... you need key card to access into the hotel. Your need to have car to move around that area.

Please change your bath towels
Everything was great except the condition and cleanliness of bath towels and no tissues provided. Being only a 3 storeys hotel there are no lifts, so be prepared to climb stairs.

Their wifi was strong and good. Around the hotel got food shop and 7-11 is convenient. And night time got security guard outside the hotel to take look at car and they will reserve some parking for customer. Overall is good.

Review for Hermess Hotel
Omy, the stay with small cockroaches! I stay there for 2 days, and I seen cockroach for 2 days! Furthermore is so noisy with the club downstair, only when we are going to sleep at 12 plus, then the loud music start! Please improve on the sound proof and cleanliness. Other than that the WIFI is strong! Good about that!

Very very very basic
Basically just a room, no lift, no room service, no phone in room, no breakfast. Window in room sealed and totally blacked out. Music playing until 2am thank god it was only one night.
