Os únicos pontos positivos são o café da manhã, a simpatia e a boa educação das funcionárias do café da manhã e a localização. No caso, tinha ar condicionado sujo e antigo, não tinha toalha de rosto, colchão da cama muito fino e duro, funcionárias que nos receberam sem educação, apática e não forneceram informações básicas, lençol que parecia não ter sido lavado e não tinha dois travesseiros por pessoa.

O hotel é simplesmente perfeito. Muito aconchegante funcionários educados serviços de limpeza nota 10 o café da manhã impecável. A única questão nao é nem com o hotel em si foi com um casal de hospedes que estava no quarto ao lado do meu fiquei no 6 andar nao me recordo o quarto mas acho que era o 567 acordei as 7 da manhã com muitos barulhos vindo da parede cama batendo gemidos altos enfim depois no dia seguinte acordo as 2 da manhã com um barulho enorme deles a todo momento isso foi a madrugada toda ate de manhã tive q ligar a tv alto porque estava com a minha filha e fiquei totalmente constrangida se escutava tudo ainda pensei em ligar pra recepção mas ate eu fiquei constrangida de falar a situação. Estava absurdo os barulhos o tempo todo nao parava enfim mas o hotel no geral é perfeito.

Primeiro no Check-in, o atendente queria que eu pagasse a reserva novamente, mesmo eu falando que já tinha pago online, ele falou que precisava do pagamento e que não poderia pagar depois, que era regra do hotel, fiquei completamente constrangido, e falei que reservei online no site e que já tinha pago, ele viu o erro, e viu depois que já estava pago. Segundo, como reservei antecipadamente, solicitei um quarto em andar alto, mas me colocaram no segundo andar, engoli a seco e não questionei nada. Terceiro, os quartos não tinham bom isolamento acústico, era muito barulho, até o abre e fecha das portas causavam incomodo.
