"Best hotel stay in Chicago "

"Room looked old. Dingy yellow walls, rusty metal appliances, hotel wi-fi had no signal, towels did not look completely white. I needed a place to hide out for 4 days. I gave 2 stars because the bed was clean. "

"I stayed at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Lawn and honestly had a terrible experience. Around 3 AM there was loud music coming from the room next door, and even after calling the front desk, the noise didn’t fully stop. The walls are so thin you can clearly hear people talking. The room also smelled like weed, likely coming from the neighboring room, which made it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the bathroom door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I barely got any sleep and woke up multiple times throughout the night because of the noise. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"I booked the the room with the hot tub but they gave me a very small room without the hot tub, breakfast is very basic (no fruit at least banana), staff is ok"
