“The bathroom was clean and the room tidy...and most of all ~ NO STRONG SMELLS! There were plenty of outlets for charging. The street out front was fairly busy, but the room was quiet. The mattress was comfy. I had to ask for a blow dryer and got one right away. The air conditioning works, but not necessary in the cooler months when I visited. I mainly chose this motel for it's location close enough to the Metra station (walkable or a cheap Uber ride). No pool or a gym at this affordable price....

“Hair in tub, on bathroom floor upon walking in, tissue in bath area trash can. There was no remote for the TV, took the long route shown to me and my 2 family members on walkers back to get one. It only worked to turn on TV, no channel change or volume control. Called office repeatedly for further assistance, no answer. No microwave, no refrigerator, those are mentioned on registration so we were disappointed but desperate enough to try. No breakfast but free coffee in the A.M., it was out but...
