"We had four rooms...The air conditioning didn't work in one room requiring a change of rooms, another room did not have running hot water in the shower requiring a maintenance call...the carpet in all the rooms were dingy and dirty. The rooms we had visited were long corridor walks to a working elevator since the one servicing our rooms was out of order. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel needs some serious updating/maintence. Similar priced accommodations we explored in the area will be our next accommodations."

"The room we reserved was not available, staff were able to accommodate us in two king bed rooms. However the rooms did not look like anything online and the first room smelled like someone had been frying chicken all week and the second room smelled of straight bleach water. We honestly just immediately left and never returned back. Staff was helpful and figured out a way around the over booked situation but beyond that the rooms were absolutely horrible. Based on online reviews it felt like we stayed at a completely different hotel. Not a good experience at all."
