"The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very nice, the location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to the Midieval heart of the town."

"The property is lovely, although a little tired; the room was large with sofa, good storage and some strange wall hangings (think swords and battle axes!), but the bed was below par - two different beds pushed together that moved and were not very comfortable. The gym is good with a balcony that looks over the forest, and the spa was great with good massages and spa facilities. Overall, a recommend, but wish they would upgrade the bed, pillows and bedding to match to overall feeling of the hotel. "
