Our maintenance team are continually upgrading and refreshing the hotel, it's very much an ongoing process that requires daily attention, but we do hope that the facilities, amenities, service and food offering made up for any shortfall you felt the age of the property gave. Sorry to hear that you felt that we could be more African and that we could offer more. We are a comfortable base from which to explore the numerous wildlife parks and scenic and cultural splendours of Zululand. It's a pity that you only stayed with us overnight and missed the opportunity to enjoy any of our safaris that include Game Drives, Boat Cruises and Zulu Cultural experiences or be pampered with a body treatments in the spa that use all African, responsibly sourced products.
