Only critique would be my room didnโt have air conditioning, but the fan was powerful enough to keep me cool at night, so they can keep the full 5 stars from me.โ
โThis place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star! โ
โExcelente ubicacion, personal muy atento. Habitaciones muy limpias. Restaurantes, barras, discotecas, todo muy cerca. Solo que si el ruiso te molesta la musica se oye hasta las 4am. Pero ami no me molestรณ para nada y estaba en el 5to piso. Si vas de jangueo es el hotel perfecto. โ
โWhat a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!โ
โI was robbed by a group of men while unknowingly traveling in the bad area of medellin. The owner and his staff helped my contact my family and associates as well as make safe travel accomedations back home. The service here is life saving quality. 11/10โ
โFactory Lofts was excellent. Free laundry, Jacuzzi on roof with free clean beach towels, good view, very friendly and helpful staff, super clean room with all the amenities. Will be back!โ
