“This hotel was so charming, cozy, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and views of the volcanoes were amazing. As a bonus, there were two friendly cats who could always be found snoozing around the property.”

“Beautiful views, incredible staff, and lovely pools. Remember to pack a towel because no pool towels were provided in the rooms (and you’ll definitely want one). There was also a wedding on the property with very loud music that went from afternoon to late at night, which impacted the peace of our stay. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place.”

“Hele mooie locatie. Grote kamers met prachtig uitzicht. Mooi zwembad. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met uitzondering van 1 van de mannen bij de parking die erg chagrijnig is. Heel vreemd dat als je met 4 personen boekt er slechts 2 ontbijten inclusief zijn. Truc van Expedia?”

“We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great.”
