"This is a quaint old hotel in the middle of the Fläming skating/ biking route. Ideal for active family getaways. The restaurant served very nice food, and the staff was very friendly. We were there in summer, so could take advantage of a large and comfortable outdoor seating area."

Sie nimmt gern Verbesserungsvorschläge entgegen und spricht dies bezüglich auch bei ihren Gästen an. Parkplätze sind vor der Burg genügend vorhanden, zum ein- und ausladen sind wir kurz auf den Burghof gefahren, dies war unkompliziert, Rücksichtnahme vorausgesetzt. "Die Zimmereinrichtung ist gut und zweckmässig, die Sauberkeit hat noch Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein grosses PLUS ist das Frühstücksbuffet."

"Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Leider hat das Restaurant nur vom Mittwochs bis Samstags auf, unsere Aufenthalt war von Samstag bis Mittwoch morgens, daher hatten wir quasi nichts davon. Leider gibt es auch keinerlei Getränke im Hotel, keine Minibar und auch kein Automat. Zusammen mit dem geschlossenen Restaurant/ Bar war das recht ungünstig am Wochenende anzureisen. Leider war am letzten Tag die Kaffeesahne beim Frühstück völlig verdorben und auch andere Packungen die auslagen waren...

"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "

"The room was pretty decent, showers and almost no pressure tho so hard to take a shower but other than that ok. Stayed for 4 days wasn’t greeted once the staff just looked at me angry and didn’t feel welcome at all, with exception of the lady with her daughter she was nice. Breakfast was ok, bread was old hand hard like rock but there was some other options like yogurt"
