"I asked for a cushion or thicker mattress pad to making the mattress softer. I was assured it would be put in the bed, but it was not. Other than that, everything was fine."

"It was a spacious and clean room. The beds were super comfortable and the pool area was very beautiful. We really liked the water lounge chairs!!! All the staff was nice and accommodating. They seemed to really want you to have a great stay."

"The room was great. It was clean and had amenities we did not expect such as beach towels and bath towels. It was a spacious area that included a full-size closet, long countertop, and a folding computer table (to get work done). The host checked in with us through email multiple times during the stay. The WiFi was fast and had a good range. The location is in an apparent safe area. It is within minutes from the airport, good restaurants, and gas stations. We would highly recommend this location and would gladly return on our next visit to Puerto Rico. "
