"Seda is always one of my go to staycation places in Cebu near Shopping mall and variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. Kudos to the parking staff forgot their names but they made our parking smooth and safe during holidays. Parking guard helped me to get parking ticket as as forgot to get one during our check-out. Thank you everyone for the memorable Christmas break and kids also enjoyed the complimentary cookies! Til next time! "

"Very convenient for a short stay, just had a bit of struggle reaching the place coz Expedia's location is inaccurate. Called the hotel and was responsive. Location's landmark is SWU-Phinma, Google map is the key. Staff was accommodating, just raise your concerns and they are willing to assist. During my stay, I walked to Fuente Osmeña and (if you don't mind walking longer), I walked going to Downtown colon to Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. South bus terminal is also walking distance which is very convenient if you will travel to southern part of Cebu. If you don't mind staying in a Mixed Dorm as a solo traveler, this is for you. 😉 "

"I liked that the hotel was connected to a mall. So grabbing breakfast in morning was super convenient and it also had a grocery store in the basement which was nice. I never went up the escalator to see what was on the upper level though. The staff was very nice as well. I went with friends and two of us had little bugs like maybe ants in our room. The shower wand handle was broken and water drainage in shower and sink weren’t up to par. Decent for price I suppose but would look for something else if I came back to Cebu. "
