“After COVID, we revisit the hotel. Kids club reopened. Still excellent service, but they remove the foods in the hotel room. It's from government regulation. Every staff wears a mask and sanitizer is everywhere. Clean! Good service! ”

I send them e-mail three times but they didn't try anything to explain what has happened but just let me to understand. I booked lot of hotel and resort for more than 10 years but I had never experienced this kind. It's five star resort they said but after came back home they chaged their attitude like a rougue. So disappointed. And I'll never go this place again, and have will not recomend this...
