"The positive thing with the place is that it's close to the subway, making it really easy to go to different places. Another positive thing was that the manager was easy to get in contact with over whatsapp, although there wasnt any staff there as such. If you wanted them to clean during your stay this is somethint you had to pay extra for each time they'd do that.
