I asked if we could have extra pillows because we have a bit of discomfort when the pillows are not sufficiently elevated. The young lady at the front desk was hesitant. There is a young man, who was obviously more senior, was instructing her how to respond instead of just replying directly to me. She said the hotel only allowed one extra pillow per room. "Great room with walk in shower, bidet seat and long vanity bench. Shower is nice and hot with choice of shower heads. Shampoo etc nice quality. Good space in room with opening windows as well as air conditioner. Plenty of charging points. Long bench and plenty of space for bags. Breakfast very good with omelette station. Very close to subway station. Small super market very close. No restaurants very close but 15 minutes walk or quick uber ride away. "
