Probably best to start with the fact we didn’t end up staying here, not because we didn’t want to but because firstly we couldn’t find it, the address provided didn’t match the postcode, eventually found the road but no Alexander Apartment? Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near...

“Myself and a friend had a wonderful one night stay as a stopover coming back to Yorkshire from Edinburgh. Beautiful surroundings (great views from our window) with extremely comfortable beds in the room (firm but soft - which is my preference).
