"The location is great as it is about 10 mins from the nearest subway. Along the way, there is shed to keep the keep the rain of you, if there happens to be a downpour. The check in counter is on 2nd floor (ie. 1st floor as they called it in locally). The process was efficient. There is a laundry room, which you can buy a token to use. The token is about 60 Hong Kong dollars. Breakfast is free daily. Our room was clean and adequate for 3 adults (1 North American queen size and 1 single bed). There is a water dispenser in the hallway of our floor. As a result, you don't need to buy any bottled water. The hotel provides 1 can of water per occupant. There is instant coffee, coffee mates, sugar and a kettle Inn the room. The water pressure of shower is weak, and toilet paper is a bit thin. There toilet doesn't have a bidet. The toilet paper can't be wet to wipe yourself, because the paper easily break apart."

"We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and highly recommend ut. Love the location. Convenience to all eateries and retail. It’s not in the Central business area. lBut I love it. That means J am not paying high price like other tourists. Clean. All stars are professional but friendly. I would stay there again."

"The first room that they gave us it was very stinky to cigarettes, we were staying for 5 days and then the next morning I specially requested to the front desk staff to perform a deep clean so we can sleep in a clean space, since nothing happens, the second nigh we were transferred to another clean room which obviously was much better."

"Excellent location. Best to catch the metro easier than the bus from the airport. The Front Desk team were very warm and professional. The breakfast staff were amazing and welcoming. Loved their vibe. Reservations was prompt in their response since I had extended with a 2nd reservation. Overall: Highly recommended. BIG THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY HASSLE FREE.
