"Great first-time experience staying at Sheraton Hotel JB! Everything feels new (literally lol), the hotel lobby smelt good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with 2 super single beds (or 2 small double beds), a small sofa + cushioned chair with a big round-ish table, 1 cushioned seat stand(?) for putting barang, a cushioned luggage opening area/cabinet, and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness may need slight improvement as we had 1 bath towel that had a few strands of hair folded within, and a strand of hair under the blanket on each of our beds 😂 Another 2 small "issues" we had was the shower room glass door being unable to be closed fully and the aircon being a bit loud and not very cold despite the temperature being automatically set at 23.5°C. Then again, being in reasonably "temperated" room may not be a bad thing as we did not wake up shivering lol 🤣 My last comment on the hotel would be on their buffet breakfast! The food variety was great and the taste is majority good too! Thank you for your kind hospitality ☺️ *On a side note, there is a new mall connected to the hotel, and although it is not very big, it was nice to shop in as there is a big supermarket & pharmacy in the basement, sufficient food options, massage places (highly recommend Qi dynasty!) and also "useful" shops like Watsons, Daiso and MatsuKiyo."

"I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it."

"I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, the Amari Hotel. Firstly, hands up to your breakfast buffet spread. Daily change in the Asian cuisine menu. Accessible to good eateries and stone throw away to shopping malls. I would like to commend the excellent functioning of the air conditioning system. It maintained a pleasantly cold temperature throughout my stay, which contributed greatly to the comfort of my visit. Additionally, the room assigned to us was notably spacious. This ample space allowed my son plenty of room to play freely, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The room also featured a balcony, which offered a delightful outdoor area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom was equipped with basic amenities and included a bathtub, which provided added convenience and comfort during our stay. Most importantly, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom facilities. The high standard of hygiene truly stood out and reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Staffs were all courteous, polite and friendly from the concierge, security and front counter. In summary, the room at Amari Hotel fit perfectly with our needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to others or to return in the future. (Booked for 2 nights grand deluxe King room but was upgraded to Junior suite & extended for another 1 night)"

"the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres also a swimming pool area in the mid-decks with a nice view. I would definitely prefer staying here over KSL. KSL is older and the lifts take 100 years!"
