"Honestly we had some problems with our house and owners did what they can to help us. We felt sad for leaving early but we came back to an amazing time with my husband. the heated pool was amazing at night. The warmth of the fire was so shooting. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Their mid day fruit plates were refreshing. The place is all yours and feel free to communicate with the staff. "This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. "The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast."
