"What a wonderful place to stay! We had a bigger room that included a kitchenette, which was really nice for the couple of meals we ate in the room after a busy day sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and kind and really went above and beyond to help us feel welcome, especially with all the goodies for our 4-year old daughter. She loved the place and didn't want to leave :) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet once during our stay (only once because we left to go sightseeing very early during our stay) and it was delicious and varied. Something for everyone! We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again-- we will also recommend it to friends planning their own trips to Tokyo too! A special shout out to the staff member that helped me figure out the luggage forwarding service-- she was super knowledgable and set it up for us ahead of time. What a cool service!"
