Nice budget motel. Mattress on the hardside but hard to have one everyone likes. Fit our needs for the weekend and nothing to complain about.

Pool side chairs ripped could not use On site bbq filthy not usable Unbrella on pool side table mouldy Pool side lighting very poor Room door lock on the unit almost fell off loose had to fix myself Not enough power points in the rooms Need screen doors for ventilation Tables out side table by my unit very rusty Overall the motel has fallen into disrepair due to no proper maintenance program Furniture in my room couch unable to sit on as it sinks in very old Bed not comfortable The staff are very friendly on a positive note

Not the best stay
We were allowed to check in early, which was helpful. Room was clean enough, but bed was hard, and some of the powerpoints did not work. One bedside light did not work and the fitting was dangerous. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Very basic, room was dirty, toilet was blocked, only 1 towel which wasnt fresh, bed looked like the sheets were not clean.

Okay
The shower had good pressure and thankfully the air-conditioning worked well with the hot weather. We were able to get extra towels to use the pool which was good. And the motel conveniently has an Indian restaurant next door. My biggest concern was the security of the entrance door. The lock was loose and it looked like the door had been patched from previous damage. The verticle blinds didn't keep a lot of light out at night and the carpark lights were on all night/late.

After staying many times in the past, we discovered that the property has been let to run down. Questionable clean linen on bed, having to chase up bottled water, as local water in Yuk! Bottled water could have been left in fridge. Tapware needs updating in bathroom sink. Salt damp in robe. No breakfast was not available. Only an Indian Restaurant, which is open spasmodicly and no good for breakfast. Would not stay there again if there was an alternative. 😝. There sure is no green grass anywhere as your picture show.

But there is always water to purchase from the reception. if you stayed with us many times. you must have known this. we do not provide breakfast and its old policy again. Continental breakfast can be purchased from the reception again. Green grass is all around the pool area. according to COVID Guidelines, we are taking extra care of our cleaning standards. so there should not be questions on bed linen.
