ホテルの対応は素早く良かったです。

宿泊料金のみで、一泊2食付なのか、朝食のみなのか、選ぶ所がなかった。夕食は、和食なのか、どんな感じか知りたかったし、いくらのものがあるのか、全く表示が無かった。 前日の午後にホテルからの連絡があり、夕食無いことが解り、慌てて夕食を頼んだ。夕食付で幾らなのか表示してほしい。

The staff members are very nice. However, I am disappointed at the room cleanliness. When I checked in, I found there is hair in the bathroom. Obviously, the staff did not thoroughly clean the bathroom. When I came back on the second night, my room was cleaned but the warm table (kotatsu?) was not neatly placed. The tidiness of the room is very disappointing.
