Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
酷い、ひどすぎ、七人なのにベッドが六‼︎ それもシングルベッドは二畳くらいの部屋に無理矢理に二段ベッド。エアコンでなく、クーラーが枕元で騒音を出して、耳栓して寝る。３日目にトイレとキッチンのシンクから、汚水が逆流し、連絡するが確認するとの、返信メールがあっただけ。如何なっているのか。おかげで１日自分達で、配管掃除ど部屋の始末で予定がメチャクチヤでした。 大手のHotel.com.comの対応は最悪でしたよ。
