"The resort and grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. I upgraded my room to a 2 bedroom on the spot and they were very accommodating. When we got to our room I was so impressed with how huge and spacious the unit was. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in Kona for a couple of days so we were out and about for the most part. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the bracelets the kids were able to enter the unit and the pool area. I think we found ourselves a new place to stay whenever we’re in Kona. I highly recommend Kona Coast Resorts if you’re visiting Kona. Thanks KCR for the great experience. We will be back soon.
