โWorst service I have ever experienced. No AC or wifi in the room. It is an under-construction property with construction material in the pathway and wires hanging out posing health hazard. The staff is inexperienced and untrained.โ
โWhile the location is great, the hotel rooms are awkwardly situated down the hill with no proper or safe way to go down their, the room was full of bugs and spiders. Comes with a decent view and close to Kainchi Dhamโ

We were taken special care by the staff and the breakfast deck amidst the light cold breeze and winter sun light was an awesome experience. Food was very homely and very tasty at the same time. โ
โThere is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.โ
