“We really enjoyed the helpful and courteous staff, we had a challenge in the unit we originally booked into and spoke with the staff, we were immediately supported with our concerns and our accommodation changed to meet our needs. Very helpful, very clean we had a three night cabin stay. Would recommend.”
“The staff is ok, however the room is not worthy of its high price, the bathroom is old, the sink is cracked & leaking water. At night, the noise from the main road nearby kept me awake all night.”
“Staff at check in was lovely, in room amenities exceptional, complimentary wine and snacks lovely (though it was 2am when we arrived so did not partake) The airport transfer meeting place was ambiguous and could have been simplified by using airport signage as reference - eg the pick up location is actually Pick Up area E at terminal 3. Easier to find and more accurate than the vague 'pickup at terminal 3-4'. Everything else was great.”
