“A great stay. Staff was amazing, went above and beyond. The hotel manager was so caring and helpful. The over water villas were stunning. The rooms well well appointed as so clean! The water crystal clear and the snorkeling great right from the room. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was nice. Staff helps you arrange whatever you need. Highly recommended!”
“체크인하러 4시에 도착했음에도 체크인하는데 30분이 더 걸렸고, 객실에는 타월 하나 구비돼 있지 않았다. 타월을 요청하여도 2시간이 넘게 갖다주지 않아서 재차 요청했더니, 그러고 30분에 가져다 주었다. 객실 청결상태도 깨끗하지 않아서 사용하는데 기분이 그리 좋지 않았다. 전체적으로 서비스 수준이 너무 앚은 호텔이었다.”
“This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white...
