"The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the airport, walkable distance using the underground passage, very convenient. Be aware that there are no free shuttle, not suitable for people with limited mobility as its a long walk to the terminals. Hotel room was in a poor condition: dusty nightstand, floor did not look like it was fully vacuumed as we found things on the floor as we walked in. No refrigerator in the room. The bathroom size is small (not comfortable at all for average and above average person). Plus, the bathroom was not flushing well and needed 3-4 times to be fully flushed after each use. The worst part was the mattress on the bed. It was very soft and felt like you were on a water bed, without any back support. We only got one pillow each. Some staff were friendly and some were not. "

"The breakfast was very good, but they should implement cooked breakfast I would suggest is that in the shower there should be a shelf where the guests can put their own products when they are using in the in the shower. I understand there policy behind the towers and the bedsheets been changed every two days but some customers would like to be changed every single day. The only thing I found very inconvenient was that I had to keep on telling the receptionist to change the towels and the bedsheets in our room. Everything was fantastic at the hotel. We really enjoyed it. We were there for my birthday and everything was very good. It would be nice if the hotel did something for a special occasion to make the Customer very welcome and enjoy the special days they have there. "
