"Stunning hotel. Staff so helpful we were allocated an accessible room and it didn't have a separate bathroom and toilet but the reception team and concierge were so helpful in helping us to change. Big thanks to the night barman too who made some great cocktails. The sushi was pricey but lovely. Just loved this hotel and would like to stay again at some point."

"Three star hotel seems overrated: Cons: The rooms were very outdated. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, along with the bedding being old. The beach towels provided (specifically to our room) appeared to be rags. Other guests had newer towels. The bathroom had a tiny shower with doors that did not close and leaked water, completely soaking the bath mat with each shower. I would also recommend showering at night or being an early riser. There was no hot water any of the three days around 8:00AM. Pros: The rest of the property was quite nice, especially the pool area. We were able to lay all day by the pool and use the sunbeds. The breakfast was extensive, having a variety of meat, cheese, and breads, along with fruit, pastries, and eggs."

"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Amber Light Villas. The location was convenient- just a short drive to downtown Fira - and I’d definitely recommend renting a car, as taxis can get expensive. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations based on what we wanted to do. One downside was the service at the bar/restaurant, which was quite slow. We actually ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere one time. This was disappointing since we were looking forward to the convenience of on-site dining and drinks. That said, the included breakfast buffet each morning was excellent and something we really appreciated. We stayed in one of the upgraded rooms with a private outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, which sounded amazing in theory. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was freezing - even on warm days - and the jacuzzi was more like a "cool tub" rather than a hot one. Since we paid extra for these features, it was disappointing not to be able to fully enjoy them. The main pool at the hotel was also very cold, making it hard to use beyond just dipping your feet in. The wifi was also spotty in some areas, even just a few steps outside our room. Overall, we truly had a great stay and loved many aspects of the property, but a few details kept it from feeling like a full 5-star experience."

"This is a very nice hotel in Naxos, it is located within walking distance of key areas of Naxos town (restaurant, beaches, port) We loved the hotel rooms, they are clean, well maintained and our room had a lot of space. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really incredible, it provides a lot of local food, specially the Greek yogurt. And finally the staff, they are very helpful and friendly, they always provided a solution for our requests with a smile."

"Place was perfect right outside the main town area easy walk. Little problem with the previous customers led to us not being able to get into our room right away so we were UPGRADED to the the PENTHOUSE until it was read. Konstantino was amazing as well as Georgia. Our executive Queen was a little on the small side but my son and I chose that as we only needed a place to sleep. Outdoor jacuzzi was a nice touch. Just do it. It's not a resort, but it was absolutely perfect for us."
